How to Set Up goNDTC E-mail on your iPhone, iPod or iPad
In order to complete this process, you will need to know your goNDTC email address, username and password.
If you don't know your password, you can call the helpdesk at 1-800-840-6382 for assistance.
If you are setting up your e-mail to be accessed from more than one location (computer, mobile device, etc.) you should consider using IMAP instead of POP e-mail protocol. This will keep your e-mail in sync, no matter what device you are accessing mail from. If you choose IMAP for setting up your mobile device, you will need to change your computer e-mail client to match.
1. From your Main Screen, click on the Settings icon.

2. Tap Mail, Contacts, Calendars.

3. In the Accounts section, tap Add Account.

4. Choose Other to set up your goNDTC e-mail account.

5. Tap Add Mail Account.

6. At the New Account screen, you will enter your information.

7. Incoming Mail Server information:
- Host Name: mail.gondtc.com
- User Name: username {this is your e-mail address, without the @gondtc.com}
- Password: your e-mail password

8. Outgoing Mail Server information:
- Host Name: mail.gondtc.com
- User Name: username {this is your e-mail address, without the @gondtc.com}
- Password: your e-mail password
- NOTE: Username and Password may show up as *Optional*. For goNDTC.com e-mail, these settings are required in order for our mail server to allow you to send mail from your phone.

9. Tap Save to save the information that you have entered. Your iPhone will then verify your account information. Upon successful completion, you will be taken back to the Mail screen. You should see your goNDTC Account listed. If you tap on your Account, you can verify the Outgoing Mail is set correctly, as shown below. You *must* see Authentication Password, for it to work.

10. If you decided to use IMAP, you should change your IMAP Path Prefix from / to INBOX. This setting is found by tapping on Your Account | Advanced. There are also other settings that you can change here, according to how you want your mail settings.
