NDTC offers Scholarship Opportunities each Spring.
The 2021 application deadline has passed, but each year, NDTC awards ten $750 scholarships to high school seniors going on to further their education after graduation.
Applications are judged based on the following required criteria.
Incomplete applications will not be considered. Children of NDTC employees are not eligible.
The Foundation for Rural Service (FRS), in cooperation with NTCA–The Rural Broadband Association, awards $2,500 scholarships to students from rural America for their first year of college or vocational-technical school. All applicants require sponsorship by an NTCA—The Rural Broadband Association member company to be eligible. As your local telecommunications service provider and an NTCA member, NDTC is pleased to sponsor high school seniors in our serving area whose parent(s) or guardian(s) have their full-time primary residence within NDTC exchanges and are currently subscribed to NDTC telecommunication services. If a student is awarded this scholarship, FRS provides $2,000 and NDTC provides a $500 match for a total scholarship award of $2,500.
